Many of us have thoughts, ideas, and perspectives on different events and situations that take place in our society, but for some reason do not have a place where one could be free to express his/her views on what one is experiencing or has experienced.
At work we are told, avoid politics, religion, and nerdy subjects. Around the dinner table or at the bar with friends we are discouraged to engage in discussions that involve politics, religion, or nerdy topics. What if one is interested in the nerdy stuff or politics, where can we go? Does that mean that we have to zip it up even when we have something important to say?
Well, to be fair, I think what that rule implies is that there is a place for everything.
Since I have a lot to say and keeping it all in is not an option for me I decided to make this website a medium through which I share my thoughts, ideas, and perspectives with the world on a variety of topics. Feel free to share your views in the open forum. Thank you for visiting.
About Mucyo Balinda in a nutshell
I was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, formerly Zaire. I moved to the United States as a refugee 19 years ago. I obtained my undergaduate degree in human services at Springfield College. I obtained my graduate degree in Cyber Security Leadership and Operations at the University of San Diego (USD). I am the founder of Lingo On the Go, a language services company that provides interpretation and translation services locally(in the US) and internationally in more than 200 languages.
I am married and together with my hermosa wife we have two beautiful children.
